I am an experienced hands-on technical manager, with a career that started designing and building electronics for the military, I can truly state that I started from the ground up in this industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This beginning, led to me developing device drivers on real time UNIX operating systems which further progressed to working on operating system and cluster internals.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Following this natural progression has led me to leading and managing software development teams for large commercial products such as HP\u2019s Systems Insight Manager product and large Military Programs such as the Aircraft Data Management and Control System on two US Aircraft Carriers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I currently work on management tools at Bloomberg LP where I lead a team that provides the tools and techniques for managing teams, projects and products across the company worldwide.<\/p>\n
